Video: Overly Attached Girlfriend’s Valentine’s Day Poem [2/14]

Memes — 14 February 2013

Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! (Let’s all take this time as a reminder to call our significant others and/or run to the store to quickly buy candy and flowers before they hate us forever, okay?) How will you be spending this romantic holiday? Have you planned a dinner for two, a getaway vacation, a romantic night in, a singles party? Maybe you’re ironically looking at grumpy cat memes and reminding yourself why Valentine’s Day sucks. In any case, whether you’re in a long distance relationship, you spend every waking moment with your partner, or you’re single (and happy or sad about it) you know who will always be there for you? Always? Even when you don’t want her around?

That’s right! Overly attached girlfriend. Laina, the girl behind the meme (who is actually a really, really nice person and uses her internet fame to raise money for charity – aww, how sweet is that?!) has all the reminders you’ll ever need that it’s Valentine’s Day. And if you’re alone? She’ll be spending it with you. And if you’re not? She’ll still be spending it with you…

Overly attached girlfriend has written you all a Valentine’s Day poem entitled, “Will You Be My Valentine?” She’s not trying to be scary, she just…well, she just loves you so much. You better check out the video below (or else!)

Happy Valentine’s Day! Tell us your actual plans below!
