Video: Pep Talk from Kid President [1/29]

World — 29 January 2013

In need of a little (literally) pep talk? We know it’s the new semester and you’re probably already feeling stressed now that you’re back on that daily grind! But don’t worry, we know just the thing to brighten up your day. YouTuber soulpancake recently posted a video that is guaranteed to make you smile. Their adorable “Kid President” series is great for a good laugh – because other than Grumpy Cat, what’s funnier than the thought of a little kid (who, we might add, makes the most fabulously snarky facial expressions) as the president? Not much.

This video is “A Pep Talk from Kid President” and it’s both adorable, inspiring, and hilarious. The description states,

Kid President, knowing this, has put together a video you can play each morning as you wake up or to share with your friend who needs a kick in the right direction. Take a moment and spread some encouragement. “It’s everybody’s duty to give the world a reason to dance.”

Our favorite (and it seems everyone’s favorite) part of the video? “Two roads diverged in the woods, and I took the road less traveled. And it hurt man! Really bad! Rocks! Thorns! And glass! Not cool, Robert Frost.” So funny. Be sure to check out the video below and remember: “Boring is easy! Everybody can be boring, but you’re gooder than that.” You really are.
